YOGA & FITNESS

Part of our integrative, holistic view of wellness and recovery is focusing on areas such as fitness, mindfulness and meditation. Our fitness studio includes equipment for cardio, weight-lifting, stretching and more, including a Peloton bike for guided rides and yoga sessions with a certified instructor. Moving our bodies in a healthy way can help increase our mind-body connection, improve our ability to be present in the moment, and boost both mental and physical health.
